I have DSL and I cannot browse the internet. I only get "page cannot be displayed" in my browser. What can I do?
First; try going to www.google.com and if that works then your home page is probably down.
If there is still no connection, then unplug the DSL modem and wait for a few seconds and plug it back in. If you have more then one computer on DSL and are using a router then unplug the router as well and plug it back in after the modem is done finding a signal. Sometimes this may have to be done 2 times. If these steps do not solve the problem then give us a call.
